1. ACCEPTANCE

The following is an agreement ("Agreement") between you and Altec Lansing Technologies, Inc. ("Altec"). By accessing, browsing and/or using this site ("Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, have understood, and agree to be bound by, this Agreement and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. export and re-export control laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site. This Site is controlled and operated by Altec from its offices within the United States.
