Introducing the Altec Lansing Voice of the Theatre PT8051. At 125 Watts total output, it’s powerful. It features unique, NXT Digital flat-panel drivers for optimum sound quality from within two slim-profile cabinets. It replaces a traditional, cumbersome A/V receiver and is perfect for any flat surface, or can be easily wall mounted under your TV. The rear speaker is wireless. The cabinets are made of anodized aluminum for good looks, strength and durability. And the PT8051 provides outstanding acoustic output as well as surprising flexibility when it comes to controlling how sound is directed. Includes universal remote and wall mounting brackets for front and rear speakers.

Wireless digital surround sound
Advanced 2.4 GHz wireless technolgy and custom-designed NXT Digital flat-panel drivers combine to deliver five full channels of surround sound without wires connecting the front and rear speakers!

Enhanced connectivity
TV, DVD, VCR, Cable or Satellite TV all plug into the rear panel. System includes:
- Three digital inputs (2 optical, 1 coaxial)

Three analog inputs

Video output for on-screen display (OSD) used in set-up and operation.

Subwoofer output for enhanced bass using an optional powered subwoofer.

Easy to use and set-up
Two slim-profile cabinets, that’s it! No complicated A/V receiver or multiple speakers required!

We purchased the pt8051 about a month ago and everything seems to be working OK ... For the money that we spent on this, which was about a quarter of the retail price 999.99 $ it is phenomenal! We had also purchased Polk Audios psw10 powered sub woofer to compliment the pt8051and the sound for the money we had paid is i believe to be untouchable... so anyone who comes across this model in a...
