CONFIDENTALITY AGREEMENT

YOU MAY ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT BY PLACING A CHECK IN THE " I ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THE CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT " BOX BELOW. YOU MAY REJECT THIS AGREEMENT, AND EXIT THIS PRODUCT PRE-LAUNCH SITE, BY PLACING A CHECK IN THE " I DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THE CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT " BOX BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT, THEN YOU MAY NOT ACCESS, DOWNLOAD OR USE THE INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT PRE-LAUNCH SITE.

ANY USE BY YOU OF THE PRODUCT PRE-LAUNCH SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.

Event Name/Description: Altec Lansing WINTER 2010 On-Line Press Kit located at www.alteclansing.com/winter2010 (the "Product Pre-Launch Site")

I, acting as a representative of my Company, agree that neither I, Company nor any other representative of Company, or its affiliates, will disclose or publish, nor cause to be published or disclosed, any information provided by Altec Lansing, LLC, about the following products until the date January 6, 2010.

Furthermore, I also agree, whether working through my Company or Publication or as an individual agree not to write or use any other form of other media (such as, a speaking engagements or blogs) about the information disclosed within the Product Pre-Launch Site concerning unreleased products or services, marketing materials relating to any such products or services (advertising and packaging concepts, web site designs and text, local event concepts and promotional programs) or any other information that is not publicly available that is designated as being confidential or which a reasonable person would treat as confidential - until such dates defined above.

This confidentiality agreement pertain in particularly, but not exclusively, to products manufactures and marketed by Altec Lansing and to information disclosed under the Product Pre-Launch Site.

If you agree to the terms and conditions of this Confidential Agreement, please place a check in the " I ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THE CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT " box below. This will be the legal equivalent of your signature on a written contract and the terms of this agreement shall be a legally binding contract between you and Altec Lansing. You must agree to these terms and conditions in order to access the Product Pre-Launch Site. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should place a check in the "I DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT" box below to exit this Product Pre-Launch Site.
