Hello, I had 1st purchased an earlier version of the Orbit Speaker from Walmart, great sound from this unit, but, extremely difficult to turn on, (you had to twist the top portion only). I got fed up with it and after 6 months, it was'nt any easier... So, I called Customer Support in West...

The Orbit MP3 is a very good sounding little speaker. Very impressive for the price. The only drawback is no volume control when using an iPhone from the line out jack of the iPhone dock (Haven't tested from and iPod). Otherwise 5 stars. Nice case, alkaline batteries and 90 degree jack a plus.

Amazing tool for the road. I use this for presentations while traveling; sound quality is perfect for room of 20-30 people. This is NOT an audiophile quality speaker but for the price it producing extremely good sound in a VERY portable package. Love this little thing.

Great speaker! I am so happy with my purchase the sounds is amazing for such a small little speaker! We took it camping and had a great time listening to our music. I would highly recommend you purchase one! I am going to buy these for Christmas presents for family and friends this year!

What a marvelous device. The sound is incredibly clear and evenly distribuited for such a small speaker. It sounds much better than some bigger and pricier speaker systems. Kudos to Altec Lansing.

Very portable, and easy to use. You are buying convenience with this product, not performance. All that you can expect, and maybe a little bit more, at this price range.

Great design and sound quality in a small package. A lot of portable speakers look and feel cheap. The orbit MP3 has some heft to it that gives me confidence that it can handle the road and provide great sound. Plus the case means I can throw in my suitcase or computer bag without worrying about...

The sound is pretty good for a small can and it is not tinny sound that I expected. The green LED is good and let you know if it is draining the juice. The battery cover opening is a little bit weak and I am afraid I may break it. The locking action is not that positive with less than a 1/2 in...
