Slips out easily and hard to get good sound
The product depends on either friction (which doesn’t really work due to earwax) or vacuuming to your ear (makes it not sound good and possibly a health hazard) to stay in your ear, so I have to put it back in frequently. For me I also have to adjust it in my ear a whole bunch to hear it well which is pretty annoying.

Good quality sound and responsive product
I enjoyed these headphones greatly because their mic is wonderful and very responsive it actually allows me to use speech to text properly and I use it often because I enjoy the noise cancellation along with the high quality sound produced by this product.

Good sound, very bad shape/hold
The audio quality is pretty good, no complaints there. However, these do not hold in the ear well at all. They fall out easily because the shape relies solely on friction (ear wax renders this useless). If I move my hear or open my jaw, they loosen and try to fall out. They also don't have any holes for air pressure, meaning that when you put them in your ears or take it out too fast, it feels like it's ripping your ear drum out (I think this is a safety hazard that shouldn't be overlooked).

Earbud doubter turned into lover for fun and work
I like running without music, but winter and ellipticals/treadmills turned up the monotony level. I bought these on a lark, on sale, at Staples, expected little but got much. Wow. The sound is amazing (even my 14 YO iphone earbud son confirmed this), the battery life great, and the fit great (requiring a push back into my ear only once in a while if I am moving intensely). I would pay $50 for these - but luckily did not have to. Great product that has also become a work tool as the microphone is great for work calls.
