Speaker was send with no bubble wrap no newspaper no fragile written on the box tried emailing this support trisa said she was inquiring about my matter wanted it exchange for a new one same model
Finally I called the support number and talk to Jen she was very helpful in exchanging me for new one no questions asked so if u look up my order number or name u see my troubles I just shipped it back to NJ today I’m expecting the new one come in much better packaging like I said speaker was damaged so waiting for new one I hope they write fragile on the box that’s all I ask shipping from California to Pennsylvania other than that that’s where we stand

The speaker doesn’t have the volume I thought it would. It is not loud enough for the golf course.

It doesn't hold a charge as long as advertised.

I bought this speaker and it was working good n then when I plugged it in to charge it didn't want to charge n no blinking light came on at all

Great BT speaker, nice strong sound with enough power to get loud. The light ring makes it a fun eye catcher.
