You guys used to be good back in the day. I know this I had a few of your speakers on my computer back in the day. I recently picked up a pair of the MZX 1020 over the ear Bluetooth headphones. The case charges however the buttons don't work it doesn't connect to my phone and neither do the buds. So I doubt they're going to do anything about it. Judging on the reviews I just read. You guys have really dropped the ball! I don't know what I'm going to do with these other than the fact that they are complete junk.

A total waste of money 💰 🤑
Wanted to try an outside the ear buds wor working out. Git this set because of the playtime DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY! The earbuds didn't last a week before the left bus went dead. I tried to return them, but the store gad a no refund policy on in ear buds. I to lobby that these are outside the ear. No success with that argument. So now I'm stuck wa nono bud. I'm not rich so I will have to wait until I can afford to buy another pair. I'm definitely not buying another AL product!

Sorta does the job
Not bad headphone,had for a couple weeks, good enough to listen to music or watch videos doesn’t really have any bass, good for people with sensitive ears that irritate quick. They are loud but not super loud that you mess up your ear drums, and sorta has a hearing aid look on you.

Bluetooth connectivity issues.
Just purchased and the right earbuds have constant connectivity issues, it keeps cutting in and out. I have to rotate my head or place my phone beside my right ear to reconnect. Left side is perfectly fine.
